Michael is a Certified Public Accountant. He has led multinational firms through acquisitions, strategy formulations, and business turnaround efforts.
 
Michael has a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
 
Michael lives in Rocky River, Ohio with his wife and their three children. He enjoys biking and skiing and is an avid baseball fan.
